Commission Process
If you are interested in a commission or freelance work, please contact me directly at katiaojea@yahoo.com with “Commission” in the subject line.
In the e-mail please include:
Your Name
Contact Information
Type of Commission
A detailed description of what you want for your commission (please include pictures of reference or drawings of an original character if requesting an OC).
I reserve the right to decline any and all requests, so please wait until I have confirmed that I will accept to take on the commission before sending a payment.
All payments will only be accepted through PayPal.
All payments must be made in full before I begin to work on the commission.
All commission payments are non-refundable 24 hours after confirmation
e-mail (from me) that payment was received is sent out.

The level of detail (body armor, tattoos, pets, etc.) may affect the listed prices below.
All commissions come with a simple one to two color background or simple white background (let me know if you have a preference for the colors or prefer no color at all).
All prices are marked in USD.

Delivery

Once I receive full payment, I will then begin work on your commission. I will send out a rough sketch of your commission for your approval within the agreed upon timeframe. I will need your approval of the sketch before I start working on the final commission piece.

At this time (when approving the sketch) you will be able to make any needed changes to the commission. If you need to make changes after this, during work on the final design, we can discuss the changes and an appropriate fee for the time and work that will have to be scratched in order to make the new changes.

All commissions will be delivered as a digital 8 in by 10 inch piece via e-mail as both a 300 dpi JPG and PDF.

Commissions from me are intended for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY.
Commissions cannot be used to advertise people, businesses, or products.
Commissions cannot be mass-produced for profit or to advertise people, businesses, or products.

All Commissions will be signed and dated (no exceptions).

I reserve the right to use the final commission and process work leading up to the final commission in my portfolio, blogs, videos, galleries, books, etc. (if you would like exclusive rights to the social media and other such posted use of the piece please let me know so that we can agree on an appropriate charge).
